Well, I’m home again. It was a short trip, but even better than anything I had imagined (which I did not believe was possible!)
I’m going to make several posts about my trip in more detail in the upcoming days, but I will say that there was a fair amount of castle exploring, spontaneous adventures, (attempted) Alps climbing, and European loving. I admit, I cried on the flight back home, and vowed that I’ll be back next year to make this place home.
For now, here’s a small preview of where my travels in Europe took me 🙂
Paris, France
Aachen, Germany
Cologne, Germany
Dusseldorf, Germany
Berlin, Germany
Munich, Germany
Tubingen, Germany
Zurich, Switzerland

I have stood in some of those very places! Too cool. And I know what you mean about leaving your heart in Europe!
Ah, so many places! I hate coming home after a great trip- i'm always in travel depression… until I start planning the next one!
Good luck for your future travel plans. Im glad you enjoyed Europe. I relocated from Slovakia to Australia 5 years ago and it was the best thing I ve done so far.
Tell us about Paris…And have u seen the monalisa ?
Lucky you! I agree, there's nothing like Europe. I find myself missing my home though, even when I know that there's bathroom remodeling nyc work going on.
I have a great home designed and constructed by Long Island home builders. I love it to death, but sometimes I get pangs of homesickness for my home state.
